The key responsibility of this role is to direct and co-ordinate site operational resources to ensure customer demands are met, whilst working in the fast paced and challenging explosives industry.

This role will provide an excellent platform for our successful candidate to demonstrate:

• Proven track record in supervisory capacity
• Experience with bulk truck delivery and/or on-bench blasting operations
• Senior first aid certificate (or the ability to obtain one)
• Explosive/ Dangerous Goods License (preferred)
• Heavy Rigid Vehicle License
• Forklift License (desirable)
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Well developed communication skills
• Competent computer skills

This role is a residential role and NOT a drive in/drive out role.  It is expected that the successful candidate will reside in the South Bowen Basin region.  Housing assisstance available.

Full training will be made available for the right candidate!

Successful completion of pre-employment medical and functionality assessment as well as SSAN security checks are a pre-requisite of this role.
